Once an order is placed and processed on our website, it cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded. We do not accept returns based on:

2. Natural Variations & Imagery
Due to the size of our inventory, we cannot photograph each individual stone. Therefore, the stone you order may not be the exact one in the photo, unless specifically stated.
* Intuitive Selection: In most cases, your specific stone will be chosen intuitively especially for you. The information regarding individual crystals will always be in the item's description.
* Natural Imperfections: Crystals and natural stones inherently feature variations in color, size, shape, internal inclusions, fissures, or minor chips. These organic characteristics are part of the stone's natural formation and beauty; they are not considered defects and do not qualify for a return or replacement.

3. Damages and Shipping Issues
We package our fragile items with extreme care. However, if your order arrives damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong item, we will review it on a case-by-case basis to make it right.

To be eligible for an exception due to damage:
* Report Within 48 Hours: You must contact us within 48 hours of package delivery.
* Provide Photographic Proof: You must email clear photos of the damaged item, the internal packing materials, and the exterior shipping box.
* Retain Packaging: Do not throw away any broken pieces or packaging until your claim is evaluated.
